Disco Differences

is a unique vintage/secondhand shop established in 2022 by two passionate women. Megan Snow, a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of NC, and Emily Wall, a dedicated Ph.D. student at UNC Charlotte specializing in special education research, have combined their expertise and vision to create an inclusive business.

With extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities, Megan and Emily are committed to fostering education, advocacy, and community integration opportunities. Disco Differences welcomes everyone and strives to promote a sense of belonging for individuals regardless of diagnoses.

Currently, Disco Differences is operating as an online shop with pop-ups in the Asheville, Raleigh, Durham, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg areas, where anybody, regardless of diagnosis, will have the opportunity to engage in self-advocacy and work-based learning opportunities.
